What you can expect from me as your wedding photographer.
• First Meeting: I will meet with you to discuss exactly what it is you are looking for in your pictures
and to give you a chance to interview me.
• Contract: The next step is preparation and signing of the contract. Should you decide to use me I
will prepare a contract encompassing all the details we discussed in our first meeting.
• Engagement Portraits: From this point we can schedule an appointment for engagement photos
which are included with all wedding packages.
• Prior to the big day: A few weeks prior to your wedding I will contact you to see if there is anything
you may need or questions you may have for me.
• Rehearsal: I attend all rehearsals so that I can get an idea of lighting conditions and have a general
idea of the ceremony. I usually drive by the reception hall and photo locations you specify after the
rehearsal so that I am completely prepared.
• Wedding Day: I will arrive promptly at your choice of location (hotel, church or home) for pre-
ceremony photos. From there I will head to the wedding location to take photos prior to your guest’s
arrival. After your arrival I will take some candid photos behind the scenes as well as candid photos of
the groom followed by the ceremony. From there we will do location photos any place you have in
mind. I do ask that enough time is allowed so that I can get to the reception hall early in order to take
photos of the hall, cake, place settings etc.
• Reception: At the reception I will coordinate with the DJ and take care to photograph all events as
they unfold (speeches, cake cutting, first dances, bouquet and garter toss, Etc). I typically stay about a
half hour after the first dances are done to take a few photos once everyone begins dancing.
• The days following: I begin editing the images which usually takes a week or so. I can normally
have everything edited and your discs produced in about a week but I like to give myself two just in
case it takes a little longer than anticipated. I guaranty 250 images but I usually end up with closer to
400 or even a little over.
What sets me apart from other photographers is that I believe it is “your day” and will demonstrate this
in the care and involvement I devote to you. Most others will show up the day of the wedding, shoot it
and you will receive your photos sometime later. I take the time to ensure all the little details are
covered by attending the rehearsals, scouting locations prior to the actual day and by talking with you
so that I fully understand what you are expecting. I don’t limit the time you have my services the day of
your wedding. I set the entire day aside for you. Finally I feel the turn around time it takes to get your
